Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, at check out chose the pickup in store option.

Pretty much all of them! All major credit cards, PayPal and our Gift cards.
 
How long before I receive my order.
We strive to ship all our orders within 24hrs of the order being received. If orders come in after 2pm they will ship the next business day. Please allow 2-3 additional days for package transit.
 
Can I exchange products that I buy online or at the store?
Yes! Please refer to our RETURNS and EXCHANGES section.
 
What customizable services do you offer?
We offer services of embroidery, screen printing, dye sublimation and promotional products. If interested in any of these services, please contact us by email or by phone and you will be assigned a personal sales rep to help you with your order.

We are in Old San Juan and we know traffic is an issue. You can pick up your order without getting off your car! Yes! but call us ahead of time and we can arrange this. We do it all the time! Please have your printed receipt or have it ready on the screen of your phone so that we know it’s You!
