At Costazul, we are glad to have you as a customer and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Yet if for some reason you want to exchange or return a product please observe the following guidelines.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
- Exchanges and returns will be honored within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received. Unused, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, etc.
- You can bring and exchange it at our store, or you can ship it back to us. Please keep in mind that You will be responsible for all new shipping charges.
- If a product is defective it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or we can issue you a gift card. Gift cards don’t expire and can be used towards any future purchase either online or at our store.
- Refunds in the form of the same method of payment received will only be issued in the event that a product was defective or had manufacturing defects.
